this is what we made for food tech we made some muffins for an example

for the wet Ingredients 1/2 cups of oil
1 cup of milk
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
1 egg


for the dry ingredients
2 cups of self arsing flour
1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of coco
